We oversee the artistic development of musical talents. We possess the technical know-how on training individuals who are endowed with musical potential - our goal is to achieve superior performance as a result of our systematic training. We help to identify intrapersonal and environmental catalysts, developmental processes, and chance events to form different aspects of the musical talent that are unique to individual music learners. We are not “musician helpers “, we are “career architects”.
